Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.
Label and Post
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
